Your Satisfaction and Refunds:

Your satisfaction matters to us! This is our refund policy: If after your first session, you believe that our program isn’t the right fit for you, you can request a refund. The request must be in writing and we must receive it within 72 hours of the end of your first session. Please note that a 15% admin fee will be deducted from the refund. There is no refund once 72 hours have elapsed after the end of your first session.

Once we confirm that you are eligible for a refund, we’ll tell our payment processor to start the refund process. However, the speed of the refund is in their hands, not ours.

If you ever have any claims against Sharon McRae or Blue Acacia Coaching, we’ll solve them through arbitration in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. The arbitration will focus on individual claims only, no class actions. Plus, you’ll be responsible for the costs related to initiating and administrating the arbitration.
